Forres Golf Club: This course has hosted the Scottish Professional Championship and consists of 18-holes. Hopeman Golf Club: Originally a 9-hole course, extended to 18-holes in 1985, this course can be quite challenging.

Newtonmore Golf Club: An 18-hole course, a bit flatter than Kinguissie and some other courses, however, it can be difficult due to a lining of trees, gorse, and water. Tel: 01540 673578

Abernethy Golf Club: Set near to pine woods, this course overlooks the River Spey and surrounding hills. Tel: 01479 821305

Craggan Golf Course: In the centre of Strathspey, close to the River Spey, this 2400 yard course is made up of par 3 holes and can be a lot of fun to play. Call: 01479 873007
